Windows 10 Mobile getting fingerprint support as part of Anniversary Update
Microsoft is set to bring fingerprint support for its mobile platform in its Windows 10 Anniversary Update. At the WinHEC conference of the company, a presentation was delivered by Microsoft where a slide focused specifically on the addition of fingerprint support in Windows 10. The WinHEC presentation confirms the arrival of this feature. It is likely that this feature will be included in the Windows 10 Mobile OS, as the impending HP Elite x3 smartphone boasts a fingerprint scanner.
