Android Marshmallow will start hitting Nexus devices on 5 October, claims report
Eager to put the big, new Android version on your phone, tablet, or set-top box? Well, assuming any of those is a Nexus device from the last two-or-so years, then you’re only about a week away from that happening. According to Android Police, which is just flooding the Internet with exclusive leaks today (see the latest Nexus 5X and 6P story), Android 6.0 Marshmallow is slated to begin rolling out to compatible Nexus devices on 5 October, which is a week from today.
