– [Chiu-Ki] Welcome to getting started with Android Espresso. I’m Chiu-Ki Chan, a Google developer expert in Android. Testing is essential in delivering high-quality software. In Android, we need to test both the logic and the UI of the app. Espresso is a great library for UI testing, and we will be learning how to write Espresso tests in this course. We will start from the classic Hello World app, first writing the Espresso test by hand and then using the Espresso Test Recorder to generate the code for us.
