AppleのiOSは11.2.1を発表した同じ日に、Appleは開発者が試せるのも新しいベータ版のアップデートを発表した。
Appleは今日、iOS5 11.2.5』第1ベータ版を開発者向けに公開します。登録済みのiOS開発をしている場合は、デバイスまたはコンピュータ上のApple Developer Centerで(over the air)アップデートを入手できます。
これは、iOSの11.2.5の最初のベータ・リリースであるため、この更新プログラムに含まれているかは、まだはっきりと明確ではありません。これは、11.2.x最新版だと考えると、これはバグ修正に焦点を当てた小さなアップデートである。
今日の発表は、watchOS2で4.2.2ベータ1です。開発者は、Apple Developer Centerから構成プロファイルをインストールした後でそのiPhone上のWatchアプリ経由でこの更新プログラムを取得できます。

iOS 11.2.5 beta 1 and watchOS 4.2.2 beta 1 updates released by Apple
The same day that Apple released iOS 11.2.1 to the public, the Cupertino company has unleashed a new beta update for developers to test out, too. Apple today released iOS 11.2.5 beta 1 to developers. If you’re a registered iOS dev, you can grab the update over the air on your device or by going to Apple’s Developer Center on your computer. Since this is the first beta release of iOS 11.2.5, it’s not yet clear exactly what’s included with this update. Considering that it’s an 11.2.x update, though, it likely is a smaller update focused on bug fixes. Also released today is watchOS 4.2.
