Windows 10 Insider team releases builds 16232 and 15228 to PCs and Mobile
Microsoft has released a brand new build out to both Windows 10 PC owners and Windows 10 Mobile users. The new update was announced in one of the team’s iconic cryptic tweets recently, where a few users even managed to figure out the names of the builds before they came out.
