Windows 10 Mobile Fast Ring Insiders get a new build update to 15063.138, and a new name?
Microsoft is busy pushing out updates all over the place today, officially announcing the Windows 10 Creators Update rollout, updating both the Windows 10 Anniversary Update and Creators Update production rings, and offering a new build for Windows 10 Mobile Fast Ring Insiders, upgrading to 15063.138.
