Android 7.1.1 released – new features explained
Google has released the Android 7.1.1 update, which brings many of the Google Pixel’s coolest features into play. The update starts the roll out today and will land on the the Nexus 6, Nexus 5X, Nexus 6P, Nexus 9, Pixel, Pixel XL, Nexus Player, Pixel C tablet in the coming weeks. The update is highlighted by a new selection of super diverse emojis that launched on the Pixel phones. There’s men getting haircuts and female welders in order to “reflect the pivotal roles women play in the world, and represent a wider range of professions for both women and men,” Google says on Android blog.
