ExoLens’ Zeiss lenses are iPhone 7-ready, too
Two out of the three lenses from the partnership between Zeiss and Fellowes haven’t even shipped yet, but they’re already iPhone 7-compatible; as with the recent announcement from Moment, all it takes to make iPhone 6-compatible lenses that way is new mounting hardware. So as long as the company’s announcing future availability of the unshipped product, it’s gotten a rebranding as well. Now it’s split into two lines, ExoLens Pro and Prime; the Pro lenses use Zeiss optics, while the Prime line will be the standard consumer ExoLens lenses.
