‘Less Heavy’ Apple Watch 2 Set For September Release Alongside iPhone 7
Apple has so many products to launch before this third quarter ends; one of them is said to be the Apple Watch 2, which has been designed to be “slightly less heavy” than the first iteration. The main reason why the Apple Watch 2 will shed off little weight is the Cupertino giant’s decision to scrap the Glass on Glass solution for the display of the smartwatch, according to Yahoo! Tech. Apple will instead manufacture the second-generation Apple Watch with One Glass Solution (OGS); hence, the display would be thinner and the device would weigh less than its predecessor.
