Copy and Paste Issue between different IOS devices

My Mac is on MacOS High Sierra 10.13 (Supplemental) and my iPhone SE is on IOS 11.0.3. However my 4th generation iPad is unable to update to IOS 11 and therefore still operates on IOS 10.3.3. Copy and Paste still works as it is supposed to between any device on the latest software, i.e. I can copy and paste from 1Password on my Mac into an App on my phone, or vice versa. I can also copy and paste into Notes on either device from either device from 1Password too. However, copy and paste from the Mac or iPhone into the iPad does not work. No option to paste appears, either in Apps or in Notes.

I’ve been using an iPhone 6s for the past six months or so. It’s a great phone, and I’ve never had any problems with it. How to Turn off an iPhone without the Power Button

When you want to switch off your iPhone, you’d usually hold the Power button on the side of your device and swipe the “slide to power off” option. While this is the quickest method for powering off your iPhone, there are a couple of alternative methods that do not require the Power button. In iOS 11, Apple has added a new option to Settings which allows you to switch off your iPhone. Alternatively, you could also use AssistiveTouch to do it. These two methods come in handy if the Power button on your iPhone stops working and you’re unable to use it to switch off your iPhone.

The Future? Bendable iPhones

For the iPhone X, Apple worked with Samsung Display, a subdivision of Samsung that only handles screens. Being that the company is the world’s preeminent OLED producer, the move made sense for the X model, which featured the first major design shift for Apple’s smartphones in years. The X puts all the focus on the display, having eschewed the home button and integrating Face ID instead of Touch ID. CNET notes that the move to LG means that Apple would be moving away from working with one of its rivals and perhaps make the supply chain more streamlined.

Trouble Supporting Different Android Devices

I have developed a product using the BLE113-256k using UART to an ATMEGA32U4 arduino type processor. I can easily & flawlessly connect to the BLE113 using Samsung phones (Galaxy S7, and many others) I cannot connect using LG or Droid phones (LG-G4 is what I am currently debugging on) Even when I use the Heart-Rate bgscript demo ble113 firmware, I can’t get this LG-G4 to connect to the ble113.  Although, the app works on the LG-G4 when I connect to other random devices. The app on the LG-G4 can scan and see the BLE113 device advertising, but cannot connect.

Play Protect is no magic wand against Android viruses

Google launched Play Protect this summer to protect Android devices from malicious viruses. The service scans applications downloaded from the Play Store, as well as applications from other sources. But Android users should not depend solely on Play Protect to defend their devices against harmful apps, warns the consumer protection portal Mobilsicher.de. Google simplifies Android video calling

Google is rolling out simpler video calling on mobile for Android users. Those wanting to make a video call will be able do so straight from the Phone, Contacts, and Android Messages apps. The integration is as tight as you’d expect (as seen in the GIF above) with the option to start video presented in the same list of options where you’d call or text a contact. Google says it will add a function later that allows you to upgrade an ongoing voice call to video with a single tap. When the video call is made, it’ll be routed through your carrier’s ViLTE service (video over LTE).
