Fitbitは、今日のスマートウォッチ「Fitbit Ionicを立ち上げ、また機器はいつでもクロス・プラットフォームになると予想されたが、Windows Phone7/10のWindows Mobileのサポートを明示的に確認しませんでした。

SDKはWindows Phoneのプラットフォームの一部で、MicrosoftのモバイルOSに残っていた私達の読者のなかに安心させるようなことを明記した。

ある面では、FitbitはWindows Phoneをサポートするのはそれほど難しいものではありませんが、アプリケーションはスタンドアロンでなければならず、時計の上で動作するように設計されているため、携帯電話の付属アプリもサポートしています。

SDK confirms Fitbit Ionic supports Windows Phone

Fitbit launched their first smartwatch, the Fitbit Ionic today, and while the device was always expected to be cross-platform the company did not explicitly confirm support for Windows Phone/ Windows 10 Mobile. Now in the SDK the company clearly states that Windows Phone will form part of their platform, which should be reassuring to some of our readers who are still on Microsoft’s mobile OS.

Apple’s much-awaited iPhone 8 event will take place on September 12, Dow Jones said on Monday. According to a CNBC report, the iPhone 8 will reportedly sport a new level of bezel-less design, with the screen taking up most of the face. It will also use new OLED panels that will be the brightest and most colorful yet. It is also suspected that the fingerprint sensor will be shifted to the back of the phone. Also, the iPhone 8 will also come with face recognition with a new 3D sensor feature. Rumors have suggested the most high-end iPhone 8 will start at $1,000.

Apple, as expected, has scheduled one of its trademark product briefing keynote events for Sept. 12, according to the WSJ. What’s on the agenda? Almost certainly new iPhones, a new Apple TV box, a new Apple Watch and a longer introduction to HomePod, Apple’s forthcoming home speaker system. This is Apple’s most important keynote in a few years, since it unveiled the iPhone 6 and 6 Plus and first previewed the Apple Watch in Sept. 2014. After a big launch for those devices in 2016, Apple went into a slump for most of last year that it’s only now recovering from.

Here’s what’s improved and fixed in Windows 10 Mobile build 15245

Windows 10 Mobile Build 15245 is being rolled out to Windows Insiders in the Fast Ring today. Microsoft’s Windows Insider team today released build 15245 alongside build 16275 for PCs, and both of the new releases don’t include any major new features or changes. The build for Mobile devices also focuses on minor improvements and fixes just like the majority of the recently released Insider previews for Windows 10 Mobile. It’s worth noting that the build for Mobile also includes some of the fixes that were included in the KB4034674 cumulative update.

Microsoft releases Windows 10 Mobile build 15245 to the Fast ring – here’s what’s fixed

Today, Microsoft released the first Windows 10 Mobile build to the Fast ring in 16 days, since build 15240 was released. Build 15240 tripled the amount of new features coming in the Fall Creators Update for phones, to a total of three, and it was released to the Slow ring earlier this week. Unfortunately, there are no new features in build 15245, which is today’s Fast ring entry. There are, however, a range of fixes and improvements: It’s worth noting that KB4034674 refers to build 15063.540, which was this month’s Patch Tuesday update for PCs and phones.

iOS 11 Dreams Can Come True With The Shelf App

A developer is creating an app for iPad and iPhone called The Shelf. The Shelf app can be used as temporary storage for items that you want to drag and drop. Daniel Breslan, the creator of this app, says he has been working on it all summer and that it will be ready when iOS 11 launches. Earlier in the year Federico Viticci and Sam Beckett created a video/article on MacStories called iOS 11 : iPad Wishes and Concept Video. In the video, we see a shelf at the top of the homescreen where you can drag and drop temporary bits and pieces of data, like a map, highlighted text, and images.
