• Androidの6.0がリリースされた後2年近く、BLUはライフOneXにアップデートが提供される

グーグルはアンドロイド6.0マシュマロの発表以来、2年近くが経ったが、驚くべきことに、いくつかの製造業者は、それらの装置に更新が行われることになっている。

マシュマロのローンチから21ヶ月後、BLU製品はついに生命OneX、2015年12月年予算に送受話器へアップデートを公開した。アップデートは、約1.3GBのサイズで、携帯電話のOS「Android」「5.1Lollipopで置換されます。それは、そのデバイス用の更新プログラムが入手可能にするような時間がBLUかかった理由は不明である。

Almost two years after Android 6.0 was released, BLU brings the update to its Life One X

It’s been almost two years since Google released Android 6.0 Marshmallow, but incredibly, some manufacturers are still rolling out that update to their devices. 21 months after Marshmallow’s launch, BLU Products has finally begun rolling out the update to its Life One X, a budget handset that the company launched in December 2015. The update is around 1.3GB in size, and replaces Android 5.1 Lollipop as the handset’s operating system. It’s unclear why it’s taken BLU such a long time to make the update available for that device.

iOS 11 Do Not Disturb While Driving Feature Demoed (Video)

We have seen a number of videos showcasing the new features that Apple will bring to the iPhone and iPad with iOS 11 and now we have another one. One of the new features coming to the iPhone in iOS 11 is a Do Not Disturb While Driving feature and this can be seen in action in the video below from the guys over at MacRumors. As we can see from the video this new Do Not Disturb While Driving feature looks pretty useful, it can automatically reply to texts and still allow you to answer hands free calls whilst driving.

Film and TV app receive a new update for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile

Microsoft has pushed out a new update for its Film and TV application for both Windows 10 PC and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been bumped to new version 10.17042.1421.0 . The latest update include some minor new features along with the regular bug fixes and performance enhancements to the Universal App. After the latest update Windows 10 Users will now be able to share external links to the social media channels, emails and third party applications. The Windows 10 users will now be able to play a video from any USB drive or a media server without having to download it on your PC.

iPhone 8 revealed – Latest leak claims to show Apple’s smartphone from every angle

If previous years are anything to go by Apple could be planning to launch its next generation iPhone 8 smartphone in early September. With the firm celebrating the iPhone’s 10th anniversary this new device is expected to be a major upgrade over its predecessors and could include an AMOLED edge-to-edge display which will cover the entire front of the phone. A new dual-lens camera, wireless charging and faster processor are also expected along with a new home button which will be embedded under the display.

We compiled benchmark data for processors found in modern iOS and Android devices to determine the performance difference between the hardware groups. User-submitted data from the Geekbench Browser, which provides Geekbench 4 benchmark results for both multi-core and single-core performance, was used.

• MicrosoftのSurface Arcマウスポインタが購入可能になりました。

先月、MicrosoftはSurfaceノートパソコン、新しい付属品とともに発表されたサーフェス][Mouseなど。予約注文数は数週間前に始まった、と、お店に行くと、79.99$で1個購入します。

新しいマウスにコバルトブルーSurfaceノート、6月15日の発売から省略された不思議なことであった。それも1,299ドルで現在出荷開始される。プラチナ台がすべて含まれているのでコアi5、8GBのRAM、256GBのストレージでのみ利用可能であり、米国だけである。

Microsoft’s Surface Arc Mouse is now available for purchase

Last month, Microsoft announced the Surface Laptop, along with a new range of accessories, including the Surface Arc Mouse. Pre-orders kicked off a couple of weeks ago, and as of today, you can walk into a store and buy one for $79.99. Along with the new mice is the Cobalt Blue Surface Laptop, which was oddly omitted from the June 15th launch of the device. That also begins shipping today for $1,299. As with everything except the Platinum model, it’s only available with a Core i5, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage, and only in the US.

Outlook Mail and Calendar App updated for All users on Windows 10 PCs and Mobile

Microsoft today pushed out a new udpate for its Mail and Calendar app for Windows 10 and Windows 10 Mobile. The app has been bumped to new version 17.8241.41126.0. The version number may vary based on the region. The update comes with some minor new tweaks to the background of the application. There’s a grey background box around each app name and icon in the download section, store home, everywhere which looks pretty neat and is a subtle minor addition to the already great Mail and Calendar Application for Windows 10 users.

Microsoft must launch a Surface phone — and get it right the first time

It must put the entire weight of the company behind the effort and bring a synergy of technologies to the device. The effort is a gamble, but to do nothing is suicide and a half-hearted attempt is equally as void.
