Android版のVLC Media Playerアプリケーションはネットワーク上で動画を見ることができましたが、これまではファイルへの直接リンクが必要でした。現在では、最新のベータ版は、共有デバイス上の自分のフォルダをブラウズできます。

今回のアップデートでは、UPnP、NFS、FTP、SFTP、SMB、株式をはじめとするいくつかのプロトコルを使用してファイルをブラウズすることができます。率がここに結合できる『VLC』ベータ版のテスターに公開されました。ファイルを閲覧するだけでなく、ユーザーは通常のAndroidインターフェースからAndroidごみ捨て場にデザインすることもできます。

VLC For Android Beta Can Now Browse Your Files On Your Local Network

The VLC app for Android has allowed you to stream videos across your network for a while, but it always required a direct link to the file. Now, the latest beta allows you to browse your folders on shared devices. The update allows users to browse files over UPnP, NFS, FTP, SFTP, SMB, Windows Shares and a few other protocols. The beta is now available to testers of the VLC Beta which you can join here. In addition to the file browsing, users can also choose to switch from the usual Android interface to the Android TV-style design. VLC 2.

• 今週のトップのiOS話だろうが、有機発光ダイオード(OLED)の「iPhone(アイフォーン)」で、米連邦捜査局(FBI)は、Appleが正しいと認めて、Sling TVが来ました。

この噂は、Apple社のiPhoneによってOLEDディスプレイ技術に移動されるように表面化したうわさは「アップル社の取引業者」とは、石にはエッチングされないようにします。

Top iOS news of the week: OLED in iPhones, FBI admits Apple is correct, and Sling TV is coming

A rumor has surfaced that Apple will move to OLED display technology with the iPhone. This rumor is from “those familiar with Apple’s business dealings” so it’s not etched in stone. The company hasn’t announced it but images indicate that Sling TV is coming to the Apple TV. One Apple TV user saw it appear in the tvOS App Store and quickly installed it before it disappeared a short time later.

HTC 10 reportedly won’t have a version running Windows 10 Mobile

It looks like you’re not likely to see a Windows logo on an HTC smartphone ever again. Or not anytime soon, anyway. Back in 2014, the One (M8) for Windows was basically the Windows Phone running version of the Android One (M8). Hence, some people may have hoped for HTC to pull the same stunt with this year’s upcoming flagship device, which will be called 10. The hopes were there despite the fact that 2015’s One M9 did not get a Windows variant. According to Evan Blass (of @evleaks fame), neither will the HTC 10.

Vodafone Italy says Windows 10 Mobile OTA update could launch the week of March 7

The wait for the official OTA update from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile has yet another possible target date. This time, the carrier Vodafone in Italy claims in a support page that Lumia smartphones with Windows Phone 8.1 could receive the official Windows 10 Mobile update the week of March 7. The support page lists the Lumia 535, 635, 735, 830, 930 and 1520 mobiles getting the software upgrade from Windows Phone 8.1 to Windows 10 Mobile.

• ソニーのXperia Z5シリーズは日本ではAndroidのマシュマロを取得

ソニーは日本のXperia Z5ラインナップ-SO-Z5エクスぺリアZ5Compact、Xperia Z5Premiumのアンドロイド6.0マシュマロアップデートを公開した。ソニーのエクスペリアZ5のマシュマロ更新が既にトルコで利用可能になりました。

新しいマシュマロベースのファームウェアは、バッテリ管理、権限管理、通知領域のカスタマイズを改良し、新しいエクスペリアomeランチャーをもたらすだけでなく、最新のカメラアプリです。

ソニーUKは、Xperia Z5シリーズ、XperiaZ4タブレット、XperiaZ3+のマシュマロは3月7日を発表し始めました。ソニーはトルコと日本のマシュマロを更新していたので、3月7日はアップデートのリリースの日付となると考えています。

Sony Xperia Z5 series get Android Marshmallow in Japan

Sony has begun rolling out the Android 6.0 Marshmallow update for the entire Xperia Z5 lineup in Japan – Xperia Z5, Xperia Z5 Compact, and Xperia Z5 Premium. The Marshmallow update for Sony Xperia Z5 has been already available in Turkey. The new Marshmallow-based firmware improves on the battery manager, app permissions manager, notification area customizations, and it brings a new Xperia Home launcher as well as an updated Camera app. Sony UK announced the Marshmallow rollout for the Xperia Z5 series, the Xperia Z4 Tablet, and Xperia Z3+ units will begin on March 7.

去る1月、Microsoftは自社製パソコンはウインドウズ10Mobile Insiderプログラムに参加すると、ファームウェアの更新を受信しやすくしようと計画していた当時、回避策をプロダクション(Insiderビルドをオフにする)に変更して、ファームウェア更新をインストールし、ユーザーがいずれかのリングに戻した。

明日、スイッチング音が鳴り、最初から計画されたものが導入されていないファームウェアアップデートを入手することができます。これは西海岸時刻10amに3月3日から始まります。

同社はまた、一部スマートフォン950機種の新しいファームウェア・アップデートを発表した。この一覧を検索できます。「指:AT&Tモデルを提案しているわけではない。

Users enrolled in the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Preview will finally be able to get firmware

Back in January, Microsoft revealed that it was planning on making it easier for those enrolled in the Windows 10 Mobile Insider Program to receive firmware updates. At the time, the workaround was to switch to the Production ring (turn off Insider builds), install the firmware update, and switch back to whichever ring the user was on. As of tomorrow, users will be able to grab those firmware updates without switching rings, which was the plan from the start. This begins on March 3 at 10 AM PST. The firm also announced a new firmware update for select Lumia 950 models.

The latest update is available for Android and iPhone users as of now. Users will be able to share documents with individuals as well as in groups they are part of. Users with version 2.12.453 for Android and 2.12.14 on iOS will be able to use this new feature, according to reports. Reports also say only PDF files stored locally can be shared. Support is not available for .xls or .doc file formats yet.

Google helps Android app makers understand its rules

To begin with, policies now sit in themed groups, such as “Privacy and Security” and “Restricted Content” — there shouldn’t be any confusion as to where to go. The more common infractions now have visual examples and detailed explanations, too. And if an app does run afoul of Google Play’s policies, there’s more enforcement info to help resolve problems. You probably won’t witness these changes first-hand unless you write code for a living. Even so, you could notice the impact in the near future.

バルセロナAcerのMWCでは先週、大々的に宣伝されたJade Primoフォン(『ウィンドウズ10』を運営する)のAndroid実行バージョンを発表しました。AndroidはJade2と言うんですが、あなたが英国に住んでいるのですが、よくない知らせがあります。

Acerは公式に英国で液体玉2個を販売しないだろうということになりました。このため、実際の理由が示されていないが、同社はこの製品では多くの関心を集め、かなり似たAndroidが走るのでないか知っていると仮定します。

そう、AcerはJadeプリモを英国に持ち込むことを望んでいるということです。この製品は、企業顧客がそれを望む消費者に直接販売する。Primoは米マイクロソフト社のウィンドウズ10には連続体の機能をサポートしています。電話の正確なリリース日はまだ入手できていないが、近いうちに買い物中だと考えている。

Acer won’t bring the Liquid Jade 2 to the UK but will sell the Jade Primo

Last week at MWC in Barcelona Acer announced the Android-running version of its much-hyped Jade Primo smartphone (which runs Windows 10 Mobile). The Android device is called Liquid Jade 2, and we have some bad news if you live in the UK and want one. It turns out that Acer will not officially be selling the Liquid Jade 2 in the UK. While an actual reason for this hasn’t been given, we assume the company knows this handset wouldn’t gather a lot of interest, in a sea of pretty similar Android-running offerings.
